I am deeply passionate about using yoga to support healing, balance, and well-being. 

6 years ago I deeepened my yoga journey in India, completing 500 hours of training and since having children have focused more in postnatal care & womens health, recognising the unique needs of new mothers.

Whether you're seeking to alleviate stress, recover from injury, or find a sense of inner peace, my approach is holistic, personalized, and designed to meet your individual needs.
